Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid services on glassy.in. If anything is unclear, reach us before or after a payment and we'll help.
1. Paid services this covers
The main paid service on glassy.in is the ₹99 Custom Quote (best-price concierge) fee. Where we offer business listing or subscription services, those carry their own terms shown at the time of purchase; this policy covers them too unless stated otherwise there.
2. The ₹99 Custom Quote fee
The ₹99 fee pays for a real person to negotiate with suppliers and prepare a tailored quotation for your requirement, typically within 24 hours. If we fail to deliver a quotation within the committed time, you may request a full refund of the ₹99. Once the quotation has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable, as the service has been provided. Price-difference refunds are handled separately under our Best Price Guarantee.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid request before we begin workfor a full refund — just contact us as soon as possible with your payment reference. Glass products are made to order by the supplier you choose; any order placed directly with a supplier is governed by that supplier's own cancellation terms.
4. Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. General
We may update this policy from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
