Best Price Guarantee
When you pay ₹99 for a custom quote, our team negotiates with suppliers to get you the best price for your exact requirement. If you then find a genuine lower price for the same product and specification, we'll refund the difference — subject to the terms below.
1. What's covered
The guarantee applies only to requirements for which you paid the ₹99 custom-quote fee and received a written quotation from Glassy India. If you find a lower price that meets every condition below, we refund the verified difference.
2. The competing quote must match
It must be for an identical product — same type, glass grade, thickness, dimensions, finish, and fittings/hardware — with a comparable delivery and installation scope. It must be a genuine written quotation(on the supplier's letterhead, official email, or invoice) from a real, contactable, India-based supplier, dated within the claim window.
3. Claim window
Raise your claim within 7 days of receiving your Glassy India quotation.
4. What we refund
The verified price difference between our quoted total and the eligible lower quote, paid back to your original payment method, up to the value of your order. The ₹99 fee pays for the human negotiation and is non-refundable.
5. How to claim
WhatsApp the competing written quote to +91 85500 11196with your name and requirement. We may contact the competing supplier to verify it. Glassy India's verification decision is final.
6. Not covered
Clearance, used, seconds or display stock; limited-time or promotional pricing; quotes we cannot verify or contact; non-comparable products or specifications; obvious pricing errors; and quotes obtained after work has already begun.
7. General
One claim per paid requirement. Glassy India may update or withdraw this guarantee, and offers it at its discretion. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
