How Glassy works.

Every requirement you submit gets routed to five glass-trade businesses in your city — at minimum two of them Glassy Star Suppliers. You receive five quotes in your inbox within 48 hours, in the same format, on the same spec, so you can compare apples to apples.

• Star Suppliers are audited annually — factory inspected, BIS / IS certifications verified, response time + warranty terms tracked.
• Verified shops are listed only after the Glassy team has reached them on the phone number on file and confirmed they are operating.
• The five quotes always include a mix of tiers — so you see both the premium end and the local-shop end of the market.

You pay the supplier directly. Glassy takes nothing on the transaction. We make money from supplier-side subscriptions (Listed / Pro / Star Supplier) and nothing else.

• No service fee on you, the buyer.
• No mark-up on supplier quotes.
• No “platform charge” sneaking onto the invoice.

The supplier quoting ₹84,000 is the supplier you pay ₹84,000. The contract is between you and them. We exit after the introduction.

From the moment you hit Submit, we route to 5 suppliers within the hour. Each supplier has up to 48 hours to send their quote. If two or more suppliers go silent, the requirement escalates to Glassy’s Managed Sourcing desk — we work the phones ourselves and surface alternatives.

Everything above is the default: you compare the five quotes, pick a supplier and pay them directly. Glassy takes no commission on that, and never has.

Some buyers would rather not run the job themselves — a second home in another city, a site they cannot visit, a first fit-out. If you ask us to, Glassy will handle the order end to end. Then the arrangement changes:

• Tell us what you need through the same search or form — there is nothing separate to sign up for.
• We get you 5 quotes from network suppliers, including 2 from Star Suppliers.
• Compare side by side, pick one, and — only if you have asked us to run it — pay through glassy.in rather than paying the supplier directly.
• When we are running the order, we handle coordination, follow-up and delivery.
• No-show / no-supply protection applies to orders we handle: if the supplier does not deliver, we refund your full payment.

If you do not ask for that, nothing changes — you deal with the supplier yourself and we stay out of the money entirely.
