Will mirror panels de-silver over time?
Saint-Gobain’s silver layer is sealed with a copper + epoxy backing — rated for 20+ years in interior environments. Cheaper Indian mirrors use only paint backing and de-silver in 3-4 years. We use the proper grade.
Can you match my existing wardrobe colour?
Yes. Send a paint sample, swatch, or RAL / NCS code. We custom-mix lacquer in our factory and send a swatch panel for approval before cutting the full set.
Do sliding mirror doors come off-track easily?
No — we use bottom-mounted lift-off rollers (Hettich TopLine 100). Lifts off only with deliberate vertical force. Survives kid-bumps, vacuum bumps, and the cat.
What’s the difference between a "regular" mirror and yours?
Regular mirror = 4mm float-glass + paint silver. Ours = 6mm Saint-Gobain mirror with copper + epoxy backing + PVB anti-shatter film. ~3× the thickness and 5× the lifespan. ₹200/sqft more — worth it.
Can I do antique mirror without it looking cheap?
Yes — but it depends on the patina pattern. We do small swatches first; you pick the level (light, medium, heavy patina). The real difference is whether it’s hand-applied or chemically aged. We hand-apply.
Hinges over time — soft-close still soft after 5 years?
Blum CLIP top BLUMOTION rated for 200,000 cycles — that’s 27 years at 20 opens/day. Worst case at 7 years: ~5% feel slightly less damped. Free replacement under warranty.
